Our History
| 1967 | Kasai is founded as a sewing thread company with a dying and crimping factory. |
| 1974 |

| 1978 | Kasai releases QUEEN ACE polyester spun sewing thread. |
| 1988 | Kasai Co. Ltd. is established, with Kiyokatsu Kasai taking the helm as president. |
| 1998 | Kasai releases polyester filament sewing thread. |
| 1999 | Kasai begins importing grosgrain tape from South Korea. |
| 2005 | The QUEEN ACE brand expands to include its own original webbing. |
| 2009 | Norihisa Kasai becomes president of the company, and Kiyokatsu Kasai becomes the board chairman. |
| 2012 | Kasai displays its products at the Tokyo Leather Fair and the LINEAPELLE exhibition in Italy for the first time. |

The second is a line of kagozome webbing and fabric, produced in collaboration with textile dyeing artisans in Kyoto. |
