Operations Department
Our operations department manages the flow of products from the time you place your order, to the time you recieve your shipment.
Our job is to manage delievery dates, create cost estimates, arrange visits to clients upon request, and provide every other aspect of business support.
We put all of our effort into managing each facet of our sales, so you can rest assured that your order is in good hands.
Production
We oversee the production of our original brands, including the QUEEN ACE brand.
When we recieve an urgent order, we communicate directly with the factory and do everything that we can to make adjustments and meet our clients' needs.
We also manage quality control, and control our inventory so that we never run out of stock of our signature products and samples. We work behind the scenes to make sure that our business and sales departments can satisfy our customers' requests.
