Providing the non-conventional feeling with bulkiness
The textiles used for our 『Texcellent』 series have been woven up by Rapier Looms per low speed operation to avoid the excessive load on warp yarns from weaving tension. Also by putting thicker yarn in weft at high density, these are making fabric rich and volume in touch.
『Texcellent』 No.115C is double weave fabric (=weft backed, warp triple-ply)in oxford construction of 0.8mm thickness.
Our 『Texcellent』 No.115C has non-conventional feeling with bulkiness together with tenseness and stiffness.
We would like to propose to use this fabric for the base material clothes for bags and shoes etc.
With softer finishing process on this article, it will be a suitable material fabric for coats and other outerwear clothes.
