Usually it take much time and labor on the production process of shoulder pads, such like cutting fabrics, putting the core materials on fabrics and sewing it, etc.

Our 『Estee PAD』 is core material inserted tubular tapes as semi-finished article.

Users can save the time and labor and further, it showing flat and clean surface from non-seams.

Tapes have soft and smooth hand-feels because woven up using textured polyester yarns mainly used for jersey knit wears for sports. For core of this article, we selected soft, flexible and with excellent shock absorption materials to reduce the burden on the shoulders.

The matt texture with a sense of quality of this article to be surely harmonized with not only polyester materials but also with other ones such like nylon, canvas, leather etc.
