Embossed processing

Tapes are put the designed patterns on by heat embossing.

The designed patterns are got shiny by heat and made into three dimensional shapes　by pressure.

We prepared 19 embossing design patterns including natural leather textures,

Japanese traditional design patterns, camouflage patterns, hound`s-tooth patterns, etc. for your choice.

In the meantime, there is no worry for joint marks of embossing pattern because embossing be done by heat rollers of 63cm circumference.

Minimum Order Quantity is from 300m per design patterns after selection of the tapes.

For example： Camouflage patterns （Black 200m,Brown 50m,Navy 50m）total 300m

For the base tapes which to be embossed, we recommend flat surface ones such like “Silky Touch”, “Nylon-feather”, “New Standard” and “Value”
